Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Three & One, a website and app operated by Snapedia, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Who can use Three & One
Three & One is for married adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if older) to use it. The app contains explicit sexual content intended for consenting adults.
Your account
One purchase covers one couple: the purchaser and the spouse they invite. Each of you has your own account and signs in with your own email or passkey. Keep your devices and email secure; anyone who can open your email can request a sign-in link.
What you get
- Permanent access to the core library of Sex Dates, your ratings and history, and the printable playbook for your role.
- One year of "live" features from the date of purchase: reminders and notifications, notes delivered to your spouse, ranked suggestions, and new dates as they're released.
- After the first year, live features continue only with a paid renewal. If you don't renew, everything in the first bullet stays available.
Consent and safety
Every activity described is optional. Only do what both of you freely and enthusiastically agree to, respect your spouse's ratings and limits, and stop immediately if either of you says "red". Some activities carry physical risk; use common sense, follow product instructions for any equipment, and consult a doctor if you have health concerns. Activities outside your home must comply with local law and must never involve anyone who hasn't consented. You are responsible for your own conduct.
Acceptable use
Don't share your account, copy or redistribute the content, attempt to access your spouse's private information, or interfere with the service.
Content and ownership
The Sex Dates, guides and designs are owned by Snapedia, Inc. and licensed to you for personal use. Notes and reflections you write remain yours.
Refunds and cancellation

Disclaimers and liability
Three & One is provided "as is" for education and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological or relationship therapy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
